Always price competitive, helpful and knowledgeable staff not just with locating CD's and DVD but always able to give good technical advice for computers, cameras and many other items so you can make the best decision for what you need. They go the extra mile for customers.

I have bought a few items for my daughter at this store, and have found the staff to be very helpful. I had an occasion recently where I was having difficulty replacing the back of my elderly father's watch after a battery replacement. Two other watch specialist stores at Knox wanted to charge me $10 for the privilege. I enquired at Michael Hill and they did it free of charge. Kudos too to Knox City Jewellery and Watch Repairs who also assisted. No points to Watchworks or Mister Minit who will never get my business again.
