Went to get ink, had price from **** ***** and Steve not only matched it he even discounted it further. For the second time I have purchased products from there they have been super friendly (not pushy) staff and more than willing to accommodate.

Good range, in fact probably the largest range around. But the staff were very disappointing, a bit surly and not at all interested in helping me. I got the impression that good customer service had been sacrificed for "cool" image.
