Mercury from the Telstra shop ground floor Wollongong Central is a great ambassador for Telstra. I have been in the shop a couple of times over the past year and everytime that I go in she greets me by name. It is a very busy shop and I daresay a very large volume of customers. Mercury has always been very helpful and takes the time to explain and show me how to do something.

The new Mobile phone hospital new shopping mall Wollongong. Excellent Customer service friendly salesguy very helpful. I went to one of their outlets but didn't have the colour phone cover I wanted, was going to sell me one but also reduced the price. Told me to go to the new one and I he matched the price and had the colour that I wanted. Just wish I could remember his name. It s the new outlet on the ground floor just outside coles.

Went to get ink, had price from **** ***** and Steve not only matched it he even discounted it further. For the second time I have purchased products from there they have been super friendly (not pushy) staff and more than willing to accommodate.

Cheap prices and friendly, helpful staff. Easy parking late on a Saturday night. Only Chemist I found open in my area at 7pm on a Saturday night.
