Staff are willing to bend over backwards to help (well for me they have) will keep shopping there.

Smaller store than normal, had to exchange a mobile that was not working. manager took 1hr to test every possible reason and give excuses not to exchange non working $100 staff phone. Turned off now shop at PARRAMATTA JB or NORTH SYDNEY.

The Boxing Day sale starting this morning gave me the chance to purchase a DVD boxed set that I've been thinking about. Luckily I waited and got a 20% discount. The shop was very busy but things were easy to find and service was swift.

JB HIFI is a store that has everything you need for DVD's, CD's and console games. The best thing about JB HIFI is the great price. Console games are better price and value then any other console game retailer.
