Most of the guys there are good, I like the security doorman as he is always courteous, but some of the female staff are dismissive and ignorant. Today the girl at the counter was arrogant and rude (I was served at 07/06/2023 at 11:34 AM, if the manager wants to check who was on the counter then) -and I was just buying a dvd!

The manager at Malaga really has to keep a check on the behaviour of some of his/her counter staff, especially the younger women there, as it has put me off going there again.

-To the bad-mannered person that served me:

Maybe you found my appearance offensive in some way, but let's be honest, you 'aint the best looking broad out there, are you?

You really need to RECONSIDER your current job in customer service, as it requires NORMAL HUMAN SOCIAL SKILLS, and a little something called...

RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS.

Nice store with great variety of music, games, DVDs TVs etc
Staff are very helpful and friendly

They have a very good range of electrical equipment. I bought a Plasma Tv from them at a really good price. They always have certain things on special at really good prices! Service lacks. Normally you need to track down someone to help you.

The salesman was very helpful and beat the duty free price I was quoted on an IPod Touch before I went overseas. was very please with the massive discount he was able to give me!
