The Human Biology teacher was not even focussed on her students. Constant phone messages were distracting to both her and the students and she received a call and made another call during her class time. Also I think she could come up with better terminology than "p@ss and sh!t yourself" when referring to the fight or flight response. Sent an email to ATF but they didn't even bother to reply!! $180 wasted

Have had a couple of my cars aircons done here. Great guys, really helpful and pleasant and they don't rip you off. Didn't even complain when I accidentally ripped a bag of bean bag beans and beans flew all around their workshop...sorry guys!

Emailed this company with rough measurement of window for a rough price on roller shutter. Happy with price so emailed asking them to come out to "measure and quote". Chap made a time with my husband and told him that he needed to complete paperwork and payment as I had given the go ahead on the job. I came home in the middle of this and said no we just wanted a quote sorry if I have misled you. he replied with "yes actually you have misled me and I could have done all this over the phone. Not sure how you measure up over the phone. I checked back on my emails when he left and nope I definitely said measure and quote. Chap had a stroppy attitude, even his ringtone on his phone was a recorded voice saying "your phone is ringing shall I tell them to f*** off?" Pretty much sums up the experience...

Fantastic family run business, owners are friendly and helpful and the young bloke working there is great too, always carries heavy stuff to the car!

Had a bikini wax here last week.
Pretty rough job, missed bits, didn't hold the skin tight, pulled off large area in one rip. Ended up with scabs and large purple blood blisters...very unsightly!

Dropped car in for advertised major service $129 with shopper docket. Service was including oil change, sparkplugs, safety check & tune. Picked the car up, was advised they had not changed spark plugs as they were not due til next service! I had wanted the plugs changed! They charged $4 less, does this mean I can come back later & have the plugs changed for $4? Didn't think so.
Icing on the cake....a dirty big advertising sticker on my rear window (on a black car without a single other sticker on it) who gave them permission to vandalise my car???

These guys are great, always greet me cheerfully by name. They will give you good discounts on prescriptions also. They are quick and efficient and very convenient to home

Love having yum cha here. They have all our favourites and are easily as good as any yum cha found in northbridge. Only once we were served chicken that was still red/bloody.
