I had a wonderful experience with JBM Timber. Their work is clean and professional, and their customer service is outstanding.
The kindest part of my experience happened when I returned to ask about getting two extra pieces made for my project. I politely asked if they could help me with the price, and they surprised me by saying the two pieces would be a gift, at no charge, so I could finish the work I had started. That generosity really touched me.
Thank you to the whole team for your excellent service, quality work and kindness. I truly appreciate it and would happily recommend JBM Timber.
