I brought a dress online and fit didn't suit me, as we are heading to DFO tomorrow I rang ahead to see if would be a problem to exchange or refund. The sales person made the experience something I didn't expect she was so helpful and searched for details to make the transaction smooth as possible as I didn't have packing slip. i came here once, on a holiday, bought a very expensive but gorjuss jeans that looked amazing! they were perfect in size and had an adjustable waist which came in handy. they were great while they lasted, but soon wore out and faded. :(

This is a good store for nice decent clothing. It is fantastic for filling your wardrobe with basic items of clothing, Staff are usually always lovely. Clothing is well priced.

I also found the staff at this Jeans West store outstanding in their customer service, giving helpful advice without being pushy. The prices are also very reasonable
