I brought a dress online and fit didn't suit me, as we are heading to DFO tomorrow I rang ahead to see if would be a problem to exchange or refund. The sales person made the experience something I didn't expect she was so helpful and searched for details to make the transaction smooth as possible as I didn't have packing slip.
