I received a discount voucher via email and went to put it to a good use at my local Jeanswest store at Eastgardens. The customer assistant greeted me and was very helpful and friendly. So after brousing around, I picked up a few items of clothing total value of approximately $300.00 and brought them to the counter to pay for and use my discount voucher which the head office of Jeanswest has supplied me with. I reached for my phone and attemted to show the shop assistant the email with the voucher when she proceeded to tell me that in order for me to use my discount voucher IT MUST BE PRINTED OUT. Well right there I advised her that I dont have a printer and have no way of printing it. She then proceeded to call her store manager who also had refused to accept the voucher in the email unless its printed out. Even after I advised them that another store was good enough to accept this voucher, they have still refused. So its fair to say that his ridiculously unprofessional store manager had lost a $300 sale over a piece of paper. Very unprofessional and I will definitely not be back to that store again and will share my comments with everyone I know. Dissapointed all the way

That is incredible that they would not scan the voucher via the email, I have actually done exactly that in several retail chains. I feel terrible for you going to all that effort only to be declined at the final hurdle. What a distressing and disappointing experience this must have been for you!
