Don't buy Hyundai - the parts cost a fortune! I just paid $5K to get my steering fixed - on a 13K Accent!

I take back my old rating from years ago. The service guys at Mentone get top marks. Honest & well priced. I'd been told by a different garage (Melbourne Auto Works) I needed to replace the front brake pads on my second hand car within the month @$300+. Rang Jefferson Hyundai who quoted almost half the price. On turning up for the job was told they actually looked OK - but happy to do an inspect. End result, brake pads not Hyundai but are fine until service at end of year, no need to change - no compromise on safety. How good are these guys! Bouquet's to James @ Hyundai, (& Brickbats to the Rotters at that other place!)

Almost bought a car here but so glad I didn't. Misquoted on price just to get deposit then the price magically leapt up 2k when it came to finance - gave me nothing in writing, just trying to pull a fast one.
Finance guys were very slapdash in their quoting giving very little detail - difficult to get any straight answers and the attitude of the staff just stinks of the stereotypical dodgy car salesmen trying to hit their targets.

When I called to cancel the deal, I was shouted at down the phone, called a liar and talked over when asking for my deposit to be returned.
Very unprofessional and glad I didn't buy from this mob.

Fantastic Dealer. I was looking for a new car and dealt with Derek and Gavin who were both amazing. They helped me through the whole process with finance and buying the car via email due to my work it was hard to go and see them etc. Gavin gave me the best deal and Derek the finance manager made sure i got the best interest rate i could get. Derek was helpful through the whole process and when i kept asking non stop questions he didn't mind. Gavin was fantastic also he made sure i was aware of all the features and called me the day after pick up to make sure i was happy with the car. And has also emailed me.! I would recommend Jefferson Hyundai to anyone! Fantastic sales team and great alround!
