I travel interstate regularly. I usually use another parking company but thought I'd try this new company out because they offer undercover parking for about the price of outdoor parking at other companies. Big mistake!

I dropped my car off and got into their courtesy bus but they made us wait until other people turned up and the courtesy bus was full before leaving - so I waited about 20 mins. They also broke the handle of my suitcase putting it into their bus.

They only drop off/pick up at 1 terminal. Thankfully for me it was outside Virgin but I pity those who were flying with other carriers.

When I came home I called them at 8:29pm to ask to be collected. At 8:51pm they still had not arrived so I called again. They advised there was a shift change so they hadn't sent anyone yet but would send someone in 10 minutes. Finally, 15 minutes later someone arrived.

When I arrived and collected my key I asked where my car was parked "out the front". They left me wandering around their car park carrying my luggage looking for my car - turned out it was parked around the side and wasn't easily visible.

Lucky for them I had taken a valium to calm my nerves flying so I didn't get angry at them. I did however politely say that I wouldn't be using their service again because their "customer service" is non existent. The Indian man just laughed.

I highly recommend you look elsewhere when organising parking. Personally I'll be heading back to the trusty, friendly and reliable people at Parking Port!

It took nearly an hour from the time I called for a pick up until the courtesy bus arrived. I called them back after half an hour of waiting, and they told me they had already picked my party up. When I complained about the delay, I was told the bus is a "courtesy service" and therefore I should be happy to wait for as long as it takes. I told them the bus is part of the parking service I paid for... afterall, I'm not going to park my car with them and walk up the highway to the airport. They do not ask your name when picking you up at the airport, they do not provide a booking or reference number, and they don't even ask for ID before handing your keys over. Jetbay is a customer service free zone... avoid them like the plague.

Tried to make booking on line. After entering my credit card details the system came up with an error message asking me to go back, check my details and re-enter. After the third attempt I called the office and was told that it was full and that was why the booking didn't go through. I advised that my credit card had been debited $1 three times. The woman in the office was incredibly unhelpful and basically said it wasn't her problem. Woeful experience and incredibly poor customer service. I guess you get what you pay for!!

My phone had problems at the airport so I couldn't access Jetbay's number. I rang my wife who let them know we had arrived. They were kind enough to call her back to make sure everything was ok. We then needed a jump start - very accommodating. Terrific value. Thanks guys, keep up the good service.

We missed our flight due to a serious accident and road closure in Queensland so were 5 hours late in returning for car.
There was no extra charge and All staff were very polite, helpful and understanding.
