Not good. Ordered takeaway curry and naan; curry was oddly sweet for a butter chicken and naan bread was stale :/ I don't expect a culinary dream when picking up takeaway, however this was super disappointing!

What beautiful tasting Indian food! Huge Naan - we ordered one each and we could easily have shared, there was plenty of sauce with the main dishes, maybe a bit too saucy and not enough meat, but the flavours were lovely! Quite pricey for a take away, but delicious! Will certainly be going back for seconds!

Love the food here, traditional , good choices. quick service. . I'd like to see some indian desert on their buffet not jelly and fruit salad with carton custard, that is a huge let down. for what they charge on their buffet the need to look at that. we take visitors there and they love it. please please do some indian desserts though.

Really excellent, authentic indian cuisine. They have a wide range of menu items and the servings are generous. Prices are extremely reasonable too, especially on their buffet.

Some friends wanted to go out for a meal. I had been to Jewel Of India, so I suggested that we could go there. They were a little worried about how hot the food would be, the friendly staff reassured us that they could do a mild curry for us. It was very nice we were even able to share the meals between us so we all got a taste of all the dishes.

i think this is a great indian restaurant. pretty good prices, and pretty authentic atmosphere. ordering a specific dish from the menu better has quality tasting food than getting the buffet option, although the buffet is a good price.

This is our favourite Indian takeaway restaurant. The food is absolutely superb, and it is never any trouble for the staff to make slight changes to the menu if necessary. The aroma's drifting out of the door are enough to make your mouth water.

I wasn't expecting much when I was invited to come to a Birthday dinner at the Jewel of India. My Dad cooks high quality Indian cusines which most Indian resaurants or food courts just cant match. I can't say Jewel of Indian matched his cooking but it came the closest. We opted for the buffet banquet for $24. There was a selection of 9 different curries, meat and vegetarian. The curries ranged from mild to spicy. I love my a hot curry. There was salad and fruit available and tea and coffee for afters. I had a lovely time and was pleasantly surprised. The naan was most delicious and cooked properly in a tandor.

Approximate cost: $24
