Really personal service, Bob worked hard to keep me updated as he made progress, I feel that he was truly open and honest with. I am really happy with my new car, got exactly what I wanted for a great price and hardly any effort on my part. I would happily use Bob again, and will happily recommend.

From the first contact with these guys I right through until the last these guys have been outstanding.
Followed up quickly with clear emails and communication, answered all my questions and were really flexible with what they would offer. Then, when my character entertainer arrived for the kids party... she was fantastic, full of energy and fun, the kids were really quickly totally taken with her and hanging on her every word and move. The follow up email afterwards to check everything went well was a great touch and I am delighted that we had an amazing kids party, with thanks to Amazing Kids Parties!

What beautiful tasting Indian food! Huge Naan - we ordered one each and we could easily have shared, there was plenty of sauce with the main dishes, maybe a bit too saucy and not enough meat, but the flavours were lovely! Quite pricey for a take away, but delicious! Will certainly be going back for seconds!
Emma is really lovely, easy to talk to, great with kids. Can get a bit relaxed with timekeeping sometimes, but it doesn't bother me. :)
Great friendly staff, seemed interested in me as a person rather than me as someone with some cash to spend. Coffee wasn't bad, well made but not my favourite type of blend. Would definitely go back. :)
FANTASTIC! I'm one of those that hates the dentist, but the team here are uber friendly. Grace has all the mod-cons that you could possibly hope for and I really feel as though my needs have been totally taken care of! Awesome!

The two bed apartment was ok. There were good facilities and a lovely spa bath, and the views were great. However, after just one night my whole family had sniffles, we suspect caused by the rooms not receiving a deep or thorough clean in a long time. We know that they are a busy resort and need to turn the rooms around quickly for the next guests, but sadly a quick dust over isn't good enough in my opinion. Nice enough, but we won't stay again.
You have to do it every year. It's boring. But for a chore, they do their very best to make it as easy as possible. Having been now 3 years in a row (seen a different agent each year) they are all thorough and maintain a database that makes claiming much easier. We are a defence family with investments (that we usually screw around with making us one of those annoying clients) but they help us sort through to claim the maximum. Solid, professional and reliable service.
