Both tenants who defaulted and we are only to happy to share our experience with the 2 families who have stalked us for over 12 months in one scenario. Presumption that the accusations by both can be proven to be retaliation due to dishonouring their agreements with our owners. We have many great tenants and we can out you in touch if you want to find out how good tenants feel about the ridiculous accusations.

Please, as to breaches of the act anyone is free to check with the Office if Fair Trading and get truth. Impeccable 30 year record.
Also, contact the R T A, I am sure they can prove this rot to be dishonest and retaliation by defaulting tenants. 99 percent of our tenants pay rent, care for the owners property and don't skip out owing large amounts of money. Bond claims are controlled by the R T A and their decision to pay the owners this bond can't be blamed on one person. Lucky for us we can still count on 2 hands over 39 years the amount of times we have attended court. And, I might add, are always awarded the money due to our owners. Another impartial decision.

That company has been shut down this year and unfortunately for us Jimboomba IPS has been confused with Jodi Crosby the former Principal due to my name being Jo-Anne.
