I've had the lunch special here a couple of times with friends. The decor is good, but we always choose to sit outside overlooking the park, as it is very loud inside, and you cannot hear each other speak.
The lunch specials are quite good value, and the serves are very generous - especially the fries. Nothing fancy, but honest pup style food.
Staff have always been quite friendly and the tables are cleaned promptly.

Was my mums birthday, very efficient with getting your food to you but we were still eating our appetisers when they brought out the main meal. We had to wait an hour to get desert as our waiter went home and forgot to let them know about our table. Food was great had a good night out!

Always a pleasure to take my family to Jimmy Deans Armadale, the staff are so friendly and the food is too die for. Its also become a weekly tradition for myself and my girlfriends to have lunch every wednesday :) the $9.95 lunch burger special is the best burger in town :) some of my friends travel from Joondalup just for the burgers.

taste is not so great.,service is good and the atmoshphere is also good. but not to that standard where parties can be celebrated. but it will be good if it is improved

Oh the food here wasn't very nice but the atmosphere is great, especially for the kids - it's a real visual delight. The kids enjoyed their meals but generally the adults were not impressed. We wouldmn't eat here again

The food was very yummy. At the time I eat there the liquor was not available due to licence issue which have now been resolved. The service was great but being a Saturday it was very busy. Pricing is also very good too.
