Got a voucher on scoopon or something after looking at their menu and decided we wouldn't mind trying their rack of ribs.

Made a booking and headed there only to find out they didnt have any ribs or whatever our 2nd choice was. We asked if we could get the steak special but they said no because we couldn't use a voucher for a special. Even though we only wanted the ribs which they didn.t have and they were out of the dish we picked as our second choice!

We decided to leave and try again another day. They then advised us we would have to call prior to coming in if we wanted ribs as they had actually put in the order for ribs a few days ago and it hadn't arrived and weren't expecting anything for a week because delivery's only happen on a Wednesday or something crazy..

Rib were tasty and ok value because we had a voucher but def overpriced if you had to pay full price.

Customer service was definitely lacking and no instruction that you had to go to the counter to put your order in.

A group of us went to after brought a deal online. We have the grilled fish, pasta, steak and american ribs. The fish is the best amount all dishes. The steak a bit overcooked. The beer fries is nice and crunchy. The location is abit doggy as it is in the first floor of a building. It is ok to go when there is a deal (almost 50% discount) but there are other better restaurants in town if i need to pay for full price.

We went to Jimmy Deans for a family birthday. The majority of our meals were steaks, which we received in a very timely manner. The steaks, however, were extremely undercooked and inedible. What really made this experience fantastic was the service we received. Each of the waitresses that dealt with us was friendly, understanding and very apologetic about the situation. We were offered replacement meals or a full refund. They also provided the birthday girl with complimentary dessert. It was definitely the service we received that saved this meal and will be the reason we would consider returning.

My friend and I booked a table for two and a pram. When we arrived, the waitress acted like it was such a hassle that we bothered to go there for lunch. We ordered lemon, lime and bitters for drinks but were given long island iced teas. That wouldn't have been such an issue if we wanted to get trashed and drink drive home. Even when we ordered our mains, they were incredibly rude. They didn't clear our plates until they brought out dessert.

Food is average, for the price. Service is very very average, it is extremely slow when busy and once i had to get up and get my own jug of water from the fridge behind the counter. Also when it is humid it is no hot because no air conditioning.

I've had the nachos here for dinner, and a steak sandwich for lunch. Both were very good. The service however was slow and I had to order drinks twice. The view from the balcony over the ocean makes this a relaxing place to eat, and there are plenty of comfy places to sit.

This restaurant looks great and has a great view of the ocean but the service and food was disappointing. The staff seemed disorganized and there was a lack of communication at the bar because they doubled up on our drinks. The food needs improvement

This place has a lot of potential....it has a great atmosphere, great venue (can see the ocean from the window seats) and a great looking menu. Unfortunately when I went it must have been an off-day. Service was very slow, and when I got my meal (chicken wrapped in pastry from the blackboard menu) the chicken was still very raw. I took it back, and when they brought out another one (45mins later) for me it looked like they had just left it in the oven for longer, over-cooking the pastry - and the chicken was STILL half raw. But my partners meal was fantastic (if that's amy consolation!)
