Appalling after service. We spent almost $20k and waited 12 weeks when we were told 6 weeks. Wrong chairs arrived, arms of couch dirty. Go elsewhere.

This is definitely a place I like to wander through and get some interior inspiration. Purchased a modular here and found the staff who served us to be friendly though a little pushy at times. I didn't appreciate the condescending tone about my choice of fabrics not 'matching' in her point of view however I was able to (somehow) get what I wanted, apart from that was happy overall though the sale price at the end has definitely convinced me to shop around in the not so near (I hope!) future!

Great designs but growing too quickly

We love the design of Jimmy Possum furniture so we ordered a kitchen table made from Recycled Victorian ash. There was a major delay in manufacturing/delivery followed by a poorly manufactured product. We understood that the table was made from recycled timber but didn't expect it to splinter and reveal the underlying unstained timber. The table was picked up and sent back to their Bendigo factory to be fixed. Upon delivery the second time it still wasn't the quality you would expect from a $1,500 table so we asked for a new one. They reluctantly agreed to provide us with a new table.
