Paul Nagle provided us with a building inspection and timber pest inspection for an old 1900's duplex house in Murrumbeena we were interested in buying. Paul did a great job, highlighting and documenting a lot of the details we'd missed and providing advice that you could only get from someone who has been in the building trade for years. We called Paul on the Thursday, he inspected the house at 8:15am on Friday and called on Saturday morning to send us the report. We had a 45 minute follow up call with him to go through all the detail of the report where Paul gave us a lot of additional information and helpful guidance on the property.
