My old computer gave up the ghost and started smoking. I called these guys and quick as a flash someone came to have a look. Alas, it couldn't be saved (although they did try) and they helped me buy and set up a brand new computer. Excellent for someone like me who knows how to use one abit but is not really that up with the latest technology. Everything was explained and justified.
