Never never ever again will I use this company and please please dont! I have the worst experience ever!!! I don’t know where they found this so called dog groomers, from toy cavoodle she is now a rat looking!! It looks like o did it myself!! He couldn’t cut her nails properly because of the colour of the nails!!! Charge me 90$ for very small dog and use my own electricity!!! Rubbish Rubbish!! I’m so upset is ridiculous!!!! I will never ever use this company and strongly very strongly not recommend it !!!!

I have a 15yo Golden Retriever who has just been bathed, dryed and clipped ready for summer by Dee and Dan from Jims Dog Wash here in Perth. They have looked after my very special girl and she looks beautiful and silky soft. They were very caring of her and I could not recommend their service more if I tried. As a further note, a bargain too compared to what I have paid in the past at Dog Grooming Salons.

My dog is meant to be and Australian Silky terrier but we got tricked by the breeder so who knows what breed he is. HAHA but his got a really thick coat the grows in locks and the dog groomer managed to get them all out. But my dog being my dog, got himself dirty again.

They're very good at keeping the dog happy and 'involved' with the cleaning. Kept the dogs calm gave him treats. They were very friendly

These guys are friendly and really love dogs so do a good job. We use them quite regularly and have never had any problems. They remember the dogs now too, its fairly priced as well.

for those who have a love for their pets this service is great and to pamper your pooch this is the service to use fast effiscient clean equipment and on time appointments

We often use Jim's Dog Wash Franchisee Ryde and are very satisfied with the results. Marina is very friendly and helpful and she comes around and spends at least half an hour washing, drying and making our dog look beautiful!! Good value for money and she is often booked out in advance.
