Fantastic product. All attachments and small design features are solid and built to last. I did have a panic attack when shortening my leader hose after installation. It was extremely difficult to pull off the end fitting to refit onto the shortened segment, there was a hard plastic crimp with an amazing concertina-like design I have never seen before! Thankfully the crises was averted but it is testament to the quality and thought that went into each element of this product. The only thing I would want to change is having the same wall bracket available for the smaller 14m hose, the 28m hose bracket is sturdier and looks way nicer! It’s okay though, just means I would rather water my front garden than back now. I also like that it is compatible with standard accessories like a favourite sprinkler and no additional adapters were required.

They provided me with faulty lenses where the coating got all crazed after only a week or so (was probably like that when I purchased but didn't notice until later) did not help in replacing, ignored me and since no office to complain to they simply ignored me!

Eyebrows done was great, had shape done better than what I was expecting since mine are quite pointy and hard to shape without getting that funny evil look

He did a great job of fixing up all the problems my mum had after her botched cataract surgery with a different surgeon. Without him I'm not sure what we could have done.
My mum had cataracts operated on with this ophthalmologist, turns out her cataracts were minor and didn't need removal but worse still he botched the surgery and she is blind in that eye now!

Had my will done with these guys, slightly pricey but fair for professional services. They were transparent with costs at the beginning so are quite honest in that respect
Did a fairly decent job on my little cousin who I had to take in. He is only 3 years and won't sit still, surprisingly the cut turned out quite nice and funky
I took my dad to see this guy since he has non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, and apparently it affects the nerves in the feet. He did a great job in sorting out preventatives for us. Great service!

Hi Papastry....thanks for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. Our fittings are all solid brass and to us are awesome. Glad you think so also! We made the bracket as tight as possible to the casing so that the reel and bracket itself on the 14mtr took up a very small footprint.
