I used to frequent this Thai place all the time when I lived in the area. The food was always tasty and very flavoursome. Very friendly staff and reasonably quick service. Have never had an issue with anything and always tended to re visit. Great value. The entrees, noodles and curries are all one of the best.

I have not eaten in at this restaurant and based on my experience with a home delivery meal I won't be doing so any time soon! I ordered three entrees, two of which were supposed to come with sauces (and each one with a DIFFERENT sauce) and when the meal was delivered there were no sauces included. A call to the restaurant had them agree to deliver the sauces, but when they did arrive they were tiny containers (about a teaspoon capacity) of the same sauce, so not suitable for the entrees they were meant to accompany. The sauce tasted like water with oil floating on it and certainly had no spicy taste. None of the meals (entrees or main) were in the least spicy or flavoursome and were in fact very bland. The main was advertised as being spicy and containing chilli ... well I think they left that out because it honestly was the worst and blandest Thai food I have ever tasted. The only reason they got 2 stars for service from me was due to the pleasantness of the delivery driver. Overall a very disappointing experience.

When taking into account the price vs the quality of food, it's very hard to go past this place.

We always get take away so I cant comment on the in dining experience, but they are the best Thai in the area. it always tastes fresh and have never had a bad dish.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and while the food and service was good the hardness of the chairs discouraged a long stay and the South Road view needs to be hidden and replaced by a more interesting decor. Entree and mains for two cost about $50 which is comparable with other similar restaurants. BYO wine and beer.

we have ordered from them 4 or 5 times now--the tom yum soup is excellent and all other meals have been of high quality. delivery for take away has also been very quick as well.

We regularly use Jittra for takeaway and we think they're the most reasonably priced reliably decent Thai food in our area.

We have bought takeaway a couple of times from these guys and the food is delicious and seems to be quite good valus. The service though is lacking which is a shame as it really ltes the business down. We rang and they asked for our number and said they would ring back in 2 minutes. 25 minutes later they called back - after we had called a second time - and said they were busy. When my husband went in, there was one staff member sitting at a table eating her dinner. I wouldn't call that busy.
