Had terrible experience in which outsourced delivery person pushed heavy BBQ across new hardwood floor, causing $800 of repair work to be needed. Joe's didn't want to hear about it - 'not our problem, champ'. Lame way to do business...

I had a great experience when I was looking for an outdoor setting for our house. We were not pounced on as soon as we walked in nor were we given hard sales techniques the whole time we were there which I really appreciated. They had a good selection of furniture to suit most budgets. We ended up with a really lovely timer table and chair "bench type" setting. The delivery charges were reasonable and it came on the weekend as promised in the time frame. Can't wait for summer outdoor parties!
