We had water coming down from a broken pipe upstairs, and the water was flowing down the walls and through the light fittings. The work was carried out quickly and the same man did all the work.

Changing of shower washer, which neither myself, nor my partner had any experience in changing. My partner organized the appointment (which was an early morning one) and I stayed back to let them in. The plumber they sent was friendly and helpful, and didn't make us feel silly for calling in a plumber to do such a seemingly small task. He also got the job done in a minimum of time and fuss.
