John and his team are highly professional people, it was absolute pleasure dealing with every member of his team. John came out to take measurements and advise what is the best option for me, it followed by his extremely polite and skilled installer.
The sparky was next in line, they had challenging job to run wires but that didn't take smile of their faces.
Upon the completion of the job, the reception lady made sure that customer satisfaction was achieved.
I can only wish that there is more tradesmen like Johns company in our city.

John's team came out to my house yesterday to install 5 electronic window shutters. I am so happy with the result. The job was done very professionally and promptly. John originally came out to our house a few weeks ago to do a free measure and quote and I was very impressed with his confidence in his products as well as his workmanship. Would highly recommend John and his team. Shutters are made in Australia and motors are German/ Italian.

John recently installed roller shutters and security doors for my elderly parents which I organized for them. I located his business on WOMO due to the many great reviews. I recently realised I needed roller shutters on my ensuite and toilet windows, as they get a huge amount of sun, making the bedroom unbearable in summer. There were already some roller shutters installed at the house by the previous owner from John's, so I decided to give them a call.

Helen returned my call the same evening, John visited me the next day and came up with an innovative solution, that was very reasonably priced. He rang back only 3 business days later to say they could install the shutter that day. The installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

I will not hesitate to get them to do more of the windows and I would recommend them to anybody. They are second to none for quality, service, price and advice!

After getting quotes from 3 other roller shutter companies for electric roller shutters, we thought they were a bit pricey for us. Then a neighbour recommended John's roller shutters so we got a quote from them and to our surprise they were much cheaper (almost half the price of our dearest quote). We have had them for almost 5 years now and haven't had any problems (they came with a 10 yr warranty). We need new security doors soon and will be calling John's for a quote on those too.

After moving into our house, we realised that we needed external shutters. We contacted John's who had been recommended to us by family. We were visited promptly. The service was great with each window being measured, colours discussed, all very easy. A couple of weeks later the shutters were fitted by friendly, professionals. A great experience.
