I am constantly after 'truthfully' natural products, with no hidden secret chemicals and I found them with Joli. Jodi from Joli custom made certain products for me without any issues. Bit far to travel in traffic out to keysborough but hard to find a salon with all natural products and this salon has it, even what they clean up with is natural. the products felt great on my skin and were very calming and hydrating. i felt so relaxed was disappointing to get into car and fight the traffic again along springvale rd. would choose natural products anyday and loved that i got free samples to take home it made the facial feel extended and prompts me to buy one of them at least the next time i visit.

After using products and finding them not suitable for my skin type Jodi helped me find something that was right for me. She customised her products to suit me and she was more than happy to do it. She makes you feel like a valued customer and shectually cares. Everything is natural that she supplies so its guilt free and she is open to customer feedback. Not to mention her constant supply of free samples... just got one today !
