This business has been putting a lot of IPL vouchers on group buying sites. My warning to those deciding to get IPL here the place is really disgusting and run down, the lady performing my IPL gave me broken goggles to hold over my eyes and really had no concern for proper safety procedures. She didn't even seem like she was qualified to perform the IPL. My worst IPL experience by far, i do not recommend!
