Very helpful when I recently needed to change my awning on my Jayco. Good communication and a top quality job.. Would recommend.

We have had a number of projects completed at JCR, including satellite install, solar panel install, nothing but thanks to the team. I consider they provided a very good job at a fair price and were very easy to talk with
From the admin to the final job ,no issues at all
highly recommended

I must admit after reading the last review we did not know what to expect, but we are very happy with the work done by this repairer and found the owner and staff very helpful and friendly.
The van was in for various repairs including a satellite installation, the wiring and extra dc sockets were neatly done.
On picking up the caravan time was spent with us going through the controls and work done and various subject questions re: towing , weights etc.

I would not recommend these people, they are rude, aggressive, make promises they do not keep, do not return calls, do not work at the agreed times, keep you waiting weeks and months over the agreed time and have no concept of customer service or customer relations. massive thumbs down. we will be broadcasting this review overCB radio for bus/caravan and across the 17,000+members of meetup.com Perth

You have never had your van with us

Question is did they do the job properly, most caravan repairs are very busy and fail to meet time commitmets

My first experience but will not be my last. Fantastic service and pricing. They went far beyond my expectation to correct a suspension issue at minimal cost that other repairers wanted to charge thousands to replace the whole thing. Well done guys

This business deserves more recognition as their service met my expectations. Apart from the problem of buying the part needed, there appears an issue accessing some items for caravans no longer in production. So 3 trips were needed to finally fix the NEW tap problem we had.
Having had exactly this same trouble with the most reputable outlet here in Perth and deciding not to continue making the arduous journey to see them for a 3rd time, the above mentioned business gave us what was needed to make the attachment to our hose possible. Other advice given on different issues proved most helpful along with the friendliness and the being treated as an equal side of things. As I've stated, if it wasn't for the problem that suppliers have ongoing battles supplying appropriate parts for no longer being made caravans, these people would have scored more impressively.

Approximate cost: $35+
