Most disappointing, as initially made purchases with them and had memorable experiences, yet this day , 3 smoothies for over $20 were brought and all 3 had a STRONG tainting of ..STYROFOAM. As the drinks were not consumed till we reached home 20 kilometres away, they were promptly discarded. Ringing the shop to report the issue and concerned for the businesses clients, thinking they should be made aware of the fact, They apologized and promised to investigate. A reimbursement was mentioned.
A week later when finally meeting them again face to face, there was memory on their part of the phone call, yet no interest whatsoever in me as an honest, well meaning individual. O.K... I can accept that some things like food and beverage are categorised in a somewhat separate class ; it still fails to impress me, with the lack of credibility one receives when on the 'disappointing' side of buying something, and, yes, I think we all experience this kind of service from time to time. Believe me though, the less times the better. Me for one will never be seen anywhere near them again, never mind their reviews of good banana shakes or friendliness!!!!!!!!!

This business deserves more recognition as their service met my expectations. Apart from the problem of buying the part needed, there appears an issue accessing some items for caravans no longer in production. So 3 trips were needed to finally fix the NEW tap problem we had.
Having had exactly this same trouble with the most reputable outlet here in Perth and deciding not to continue making the arduous journey to see them for a 3rd time, the above mentioned business gave us what was needed to make the attachment to our hose possible. Other advice given on different issues proved most helpful along with the friendliness and the being treated as an equal side of things. As I've stated, if it wasn't for the problem that suppliers have ongoing battles supplying appropriate parts for no longer being made caravans, these people would have scored more impressively.

This business is a sight better than their competitors in the state. They appear to be honestly interested in helping out their customers with none of this pretentious garbage stuff. Because they are only a very small family business, it needs to be remembered that their staff are minimal due to the nature of their products, so when a sudden influx of customers come inquiring or purchasing, a wait in line situation can often occur; especially during a season commencing...April to May of every year. They originally took over ownership of the business from a well respected couple in the industry and so far appear to be trying their best to retain a large part of this coveted reputation.

As have previously stated.. this business understands what is meant by meeting expectation. Their rivals seem to have the finance to blanket cover the marketplace, yet as far as service, product, price and reputation..this business simply leaves them for DEAD. No elaboration. We are almost never in the area, but actually will wait and travel the distance to experience their interpretation of an acceptable product, and our idea of what to expect in a quality product.
