Stigma ignorance and abandonment is what I personally experienced at this clinic

Have been a patient at Banks Medical for 2 years. What i like is easy access to other services in the same building.

I dont think I would go back to the medical centre unless I needed a quick script. Staff were not that friendly. Parking is easy, they bulk bill pensioners but a long waiting time.

I like the docters but they did nothing but waste time I had to wait for ever and som of the docters are very rude
it is a bit expensive but I think it is worth it

when you get there you stand in line and wait to be ignored and then when you do get spoken to. you go and sit on the worst t chairs ever and you go to the toilet you cant find the light switch, power saves!

RUDE RECEPTION STAFF DIFFICULT TO GET APPOINTMENTS WERE ONCE EXCELLENT MEDICAL PRACTICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM NOW

Aways treated as someone special. All staff are very efficient and I've been seeing them for 30+ years (some staff still there from my day 1). I live 45-50 minutes away and still go there (even after trying other Doctors/clinics closer to where I live now).

Been in business at this location for almost 30 years. Doctors are very experienced and reception staff are very friendly. They also have a psychologist and nursing staff on hand to dress wounds etc. Bulk billing is available for pensioners and health care card holders.
