Mark has serviced both my heater and my air conditioner at different times. His advice and repairs have been fantastic. No rip offs as opposed to another company who quoted on the same job. He arrives at the time he promises (especially great on a cold Melbourne day when the heater isn't working) and does everything he can to help. I cannot recommend him more highly. I wouldn't use anyone else now.

We were having trouble with our existing Modem/Router/Wireless/VoIP Adapter. It kept losing connectivity and was very frustrating. Despite not being able to give proper technical information to Adam and Natalie as to exactly what was required, they located suitable hardware and came and installed it and re-setup all the wireless devices in the house.

We had an outdoor courtyard covered in so that it can serve as an outdoor room. The service we received from start to finish was first class. Price gave great value for money. The work was started and finished on time (excellent workmen) and the following day a follow up visit was made by David Horner to inspect the work and ensure that it met their quality requirements. It was a very easy transaction from start to finish and I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a cd player and despite it working after purchase, when I went to use it the next day, for whatever reason, it had ceased to function. I rang the Good Guys Bayswater and explained the situation and also that I needed it for a class I was teaching that night. The salesman was fantastic and managed to find me a replacement in time for that night's class. When I arrived at the shop with the faulty player, I found that I was expected and the service provided was way beyond my expectations. I have shopped there ever since.

From the first time we contacted Innerspace Wardrobes right up until the project was completed, we had first class service. Price was very reasonable and the customer service was astounding. Their suggestions to help us sort out our storage problems were very helpful and we have been more than satisfied with the finished product.
