I was impressed with the customer service in store, but it lacked product knowledge and I had to purchase an item elsewhere. Disappointed that there was no knowledge and it felt very random on how they spoke of the products.

Joyce Mayne was a good store, but it could not compete with its competitors in the same street - purely for the factor that they did not want to serve me. For that factor, they lost a sale. The prices on display were competitive in pricing, but unfortunately there is no point waiting for a salesperson when you can go next door and get the same product! Would go back again though, but hopefully next time get served immediately rather than waiting around for a salesperson to assist.

The first time I went in, it did take a while to get service. It wasn't because the staff were busy (there were 3 standing there watching a TV with the Cricket on). The second time I went back the gentleman was able to give me a little advise regarding looking for a new fridge and showed me 2 that he thought was right. I didn't appreciate then been asked if it was necessary for my partner to come in and have a look for it before I purchased it.
The final time I went in was by far the best service I had received from them. They matched a price from another store which was $30 less, delivery and takeaway of the old fridge was very reasonably priced and they did me a good price on a serge protector as well.
My fridge was delivered 2 days later with no fuss.

after spending a massive $3.00 at the photo kiosk i asked in passing if they could look at my memory card in my camera as it was playing up....... 3 sales people came to have a go at fixing it (which it eventually was ) it was prompt and reliable service and they were all so friendly

Was looking for a laptop and had done shopping in other stores, Joyce Mayne was my last visit and definately saved the best til last. Gave me a fantastic deal on the laptop and extras, service was fantastic and laptop brilliant.

After sales are terrific in the computer section.Extended warranty prices reasonable and very competitive.Good product range.
