I went into the service centre with a Magimix which I had dropped and the whole plastic shaft had fallen off. In a flash Andrew put the pieces together, no charge. Now that's what I call service. Thanks guys. You are my first point of contact for any repairs to my appliances and I have never been disappointed. Thumbs up!

I have dealt with this company a few times now and they have always been reliable, friendly and helpful. Mark was professional and provided updates and John was courteous, professional and completed the job with care. I would recommend them.
