very good tasty place for sandwiches, i get the vegetarian focashia when I am too lazy to make lunch for work, and it is a great treat.

I was looking for a local cafe which served good quality food, was family (pram) friendly, conveniently located, quiet enough for a chat, clean and where the staff were not pretentious or too busy checking themselves in any reflection available. Bingo!
We've been to this fantastic little place three times already and the coffee was top-notch every time. Yum, can definitely recommend!!

Are they over-zealous. No way. AWESOME food, AWESOME coffee, AWESOME decor, AWESOME courtyard, AWESOME people.....AWESOME Junto. The blackboard on the front of the building tells me so.
My late Sunday breakfast of a big vegetarian Junto was hot, fresh, clean and beautifully presented. I enjoyed drinking my soy latte in a modern cup just adding a bit of snazz to my morning.
I liked the staff and the modernistic vibe and decor. There's plenty of menu choices so returning won't be boring. The prices are comparable to other local cafes with change from my $20.

Approximate cost: $15.50

It was refreshing to visit a place where the staff know their customers and the food is all home-made. Being single I'm looking forward to returning as I felt really comfortable and welcome.

Fully enjoyed Easter at this Modern Cafe. The food was great, we both had the Junto Big Breakfast. They had a second meal half price promotion which we couldn't believe was also on the public holiday. Coffee and home-made melting moment was a great finish. Overall a 10/10 and will be back with friends.

Loved the coffee (Merlo).
The big breakfast was cooked fresh ( so many others are part pe-cooked and you can tell), partner had a zucchini/haloumi fritter with poached eggs that he raved about.
Just managed to fit in a coconut slice that is made in-house!
Paid a fair price for the good quality served-up

Approximate cost: $15.5
