I wanted to personally write as we here at Just Conveyancing take any poor review based on our firm very seriously. We are extremely disappointed that you feel unfairly treated in not receiving any emails being that you had taken leave and not informed of any communication, I hope you informed us of you taking leave ? When signing our Authority to act on your behalf did you make us aware that you had planned on taking leave and would be at anytime absent during the transaction? Just Conveyancing has been operating since 1978 and never in that time have we had trouble locating anyone of our clients Title's. IF you sold the property why we would have been holding the Certificate of Title as it's only a requirement to hand over at Settlement? IN some cases our valued clients entrust us to keep the Title to their property in our secure location which is very well organised and every Certificate of Title accounted for under our policy's and procedures manual.
Prior to your Settlement occurring you would have also received a complete breakdown of the settlement funds required or needed to facilitate the transaction which is your Settlement summary so again I hope you had been able to receive any emails making you aware of the balance of monies required to complete Settlement. Your council and Water Authority are then also notified once the Settlement has been completed.

You say there had been many requests and even had to collect directly from our office your settlement summary, perhaps if you had been able to advise that you hadn't looked at any of your emails or bothered to check them you wouldn't then had to have wasted your time as you already had it.

We have a staff of 6 in our office and are more than capable of handling in excess of 100 clients a month as being the first Conveyancing company with Victoria gives our staff invaluable experience when dealing in very high stressful day to day matters like dealing with banks whom provide payout figures on clients loans sometimes the morning of Settlement, so you can imagine how complex and stressful the workload can be??
As we charge a professional fee of $595.00 plus disbursements we feel our fee's are very competitive and affordable comparing to perhaps a Solicitor who will charge a client to even talk to them over the phone for 5 mins to hour and charging clients thousands and thousands of dollars. We treat every client exactly the same whether you are buying and selling for a $100,000.00 dollars or $10,000,000.00 the Conveyancing is and always will be the same process.
