I would definitely not recommend them. Apparently [redacted due to personal identifier] went on leave and my emails were not opened. Then they had trouble locating my house title! They took 3 weeks to give me the settlement summary and I had to go in to get it after many requests. Short staffed and disorganised. I felt I was overcharged.
