I went to Just Jeans on the weekend for a new pair of jeans. I hate shopping for jeans but the staff made it bearable, helping me pick out styles to try and getting me different sizes when I was in the changeroom. Even though it was quite busy I always had help when I needed it. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the prices were quite good.

I'm going through the middle age spread. I just wanted a pair of jeans that fit, that are comfy and are not stretch!!! Unfortunately it's difficult to avoid the low slung hipsters, but stretch jeans on someone who's spreading, sagging... not pretty! Anyway, I was walking with a cane at the time and with difficulty. The sales woman, I wish I had her name, she was excellent!! She asked me what I was looking for, sent me into the change room and proceeded to bring me jeans to try. She timed it perfectly, I didn't feel rushed or standing around waiting. She didn't pressure me and we even had a laugh! This is what customer service is about. Thank you to whoever you are.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. I've always found they are able to help with any choices on what to purchase. They stock mens', womens' and kids' clothing.
