I have been going to just lashes for a couple of years, it has recently been taken over by new owners and I have already seen remarkable improvement. Anne and Bibi have done my lashes and they are both brilliant and such lovely girls.

I booked in for a set of Tahitian eyelash extensions. The organization for the appointment was extremely unorganized with the receptionist hanging up during the phone call. Finally when I came for the appointment and despite her keeping me waiting for 10 minutes, the therapist was so slow with the eyelashes, that she had made the appointment go overtime with an inadequate result. It has been one week later and half of them have fallen out despite following the after care advice. After calling them and telling them what happened I got no reply. I have been an eyelash extension enthusiast for 5 years and I must say this is one of the worst salons.

Heard through a friend about Just Lashes but always thought they were too expensive, pleasantly surprised that they were very competitive and offer great styles that I hadn't seen before. Pretty flashy stuff, they even have a bag that you purchase for complete aftercare of your lashes. I like the feel of the place and I recommend it to anyone!

So many eyelash salons now, hard to know where to go, I used to go a place in Essendon, big beauty salon, they were grumpy and the therapist had a weird smell, she was always rushing and I was never happy, I don't earn a lot of money, my lashes mean a lot to me, so it is important that I am happy. Went to Just Lashes and couldn't believe the environment, it was warm, friendly, clean, the girl Bianca was so professional and lovely, my lashes were the best ever, seriously girls, you can't go anywhere else if you Want to have the best lashes.

Really, really do not go here. It was the first time I had ever had lash extensions done and I wanted the Natural Set, which is what I booked in for on a Saturday.
I got there and the girl had different lengths and curls laid out and asked me what I wanted. I said I didn't really know I just wanted them natural looking and pointed out a couple that I thought looked alright.
She was very rough with my eyes, not explaining what she was going to do and would pull at my lashes a lot.
Afterward, I looked in the mirror and they looked so spidery I couldn't believe it! I went up to the desk to pay, too nervous and uncomfortable to say anything and she said that willbe $180. I said no, $100 is for the natural set.
BecauseI had "selected" the curl and length I wanted, apparently that meant it was a "glam set" even though there was not one lash on every lash and they were wonky and truly didn't look glamorous or full.
Please do not go here because i sent pictures in and complained and theyr efused to do anything about it.
Do your research before getting lashes done and just because they have a big name, does NOT mean they are good!!!

I came across this place via a voucher and thought I would try this place given it was so close to my workplace . I wax very dissapointed with the quality of the lashes and how they were applied ( as they were not placed on my lash line and subsequently fell out within a week) . The lash consultant was also very unfriendly which made me feel extremely uncomfortable being there . Based on this first experience , I will definitely not be returning no matter how cheap they are.

I had my lashes done last Thursday for a special occasion on Friday. As I am going away in 6 weeks I also pre-paid for 2 refills. What I didn't expect was to wake up with most of my lashes on my pillow!!!! I had no make up on, no products, not even wet them. They were all gone by Sunday (mind u sunday I ended up gently twisting them off my natural eyelash). I have had my lashes done may times and normally I need a refill after 2 weeks - not less than 24 hours. I also found the service to be unprofessional. Looked like they had just moved upstairs but when you charge people at least vacuum the floor. White foot prints everywhere. Communication skills training needed for the receptionist. I will not be returning for the refills or back here!!!

They did a good job with my first, initial set of lashes but I also found the therapist to be quite unfriendly & I consequently felt uncomfortable. I did tell the manager the next day who appreciated the feedback & addressed my concerns. I continued getting lash refills for some months, but felt the quality of the technicians work was not consistent. Sometimes she stuck lashes to my eye lids which meant they looked crooked & odd & sometimes she stuck a las to more then one individual natural lash which meant they grew out crooked & hurt. Sometimes the refill was an adequate amount of lashes, & other times it was rushed & few so I consequently felt ripped off.
