I have indicated that Kaleidoscope Creations is a make up business, but that isn't all (you just can't select two categories, that I could figure out).
The very talented Erica is not only an amazing make up artist, who does wedding and special events make up, with Napoleon Perdis products, but also an extremely good florist, for similar events.
Her work is amazing. Erica has exceptional attention to detail, which is truly encouraging. From the first appointment I had with her when I was planning our wedding and looking into her services, I was completely confident that everything would go smoothly.
I am fairly clueless with both makeup and flowers, in terms of what works and doesn't, but luckily for me, Erica listened to the minimal ideas I had, and created something truly beautiful.
Unlike many makeup artists I have previous experience with, when you say "subtle" to Erica, she automatically puts away the bright red lipstick (yay). My makeup was simple yet beautiful. As someone who does not wear make up every day (I am lucky to wear it one a month, to be honest) I really didn't want on my wedding day to feel caked together and walk down the aisle and confuse my husband by looking like another person, and Erica understood this and really listened to me.
The flowers were the same. I went so far as to get her the colour I wanted, the people I was needing flowers for (number of bridesmaids, parents, etc) and our budget and let her run with it. The results were spectacular. As a single operator I thought it might be a bad idea to get flowers and makeup done by the one company, but there were no issues. We got 3 bouquets, 6 buttonholes plus vases for the ceremony location and the 10 reception tables plus present table etc, which was all set up and beautifully competed for Erica to be ready to start makeup at 9 in the morning. Too easy. She is one of those lucky creative people who actually possesses organisational skills!!
