What an absolute DISMAL courier service.
Took a week & a half to get a suppliers sample from Melbourne to Gold Coast "Express".
Staff in Melb when called had no idea what was going wrong.
Can't call drivers to find out, can only email them.
Was promised everyday that the parcel would arrive & everyday for a week & a half it didn't.
Would NEVER recommend to use them for any interstate couriering, unless you don't really need it ..!!

Do NOT trust or use Kangaroo Couriers They are extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I used them for a time and they did not deliver my items as promised. And often lied to me. They are cheap and that is what you get. Including numerous headaches and constant problems. And always have excuses. They go through numerous drivers and only have 2 regular drivers that are brothers. They are also very scruffy and unclean looking.

Fast and professional service. Easy to use ordering system. As a business owner, sending and receiving goods can be a pain, but the guys at Kangaroo Couriers do a fantastic job! Thanks!
