We booked this on the internet and upon arriving were shown to our room but it was their lowest standard room with a gas oven and ugly block walls inside. We asked if they had a room of a higher standard and they were only too happy to show us to a much nicer apartment which we stayed in for 2 weeks. It had a lovely balcony for alfresco dining and a nice pool with undercover parking. Was a great stay. Comfortable and close to the city for outings.

We are from South Australia and have been visitors to Kangaroo Point Holiday Apartments about seven times now. The rooms are four star rated, reasonably priced and very spacious with full cooking and laundry facilities laid on in each room. There is a bus stop just out side the door and just a short walk down the hill is the Woolloongabba bus station. It is two stops to South Bank and four stops will get you to Brisbane's Queen Street Mall. The train can be caught at South Bank to go to the Gold Coast and the Theme Parks. McDonald's and K.F.C is just across the road and Subway about half a kilometer down the road. There are no fewer that ten hotels in walking distance from the Apartments. The receptionists are very helpful friendly and obliging. The only drawback, for oldies like us, if you could call it that, is the amount of stairs to climb to get to a room. Clean, spacious apartments well located and well worth the stay.
