Karen is an excellent counsellor/therapist. She is empathetic, understanding, yet firm and direct. She doesn't muck around and is very pro active in getting you over your problem. She talks to you, asks questions and listens, gives advice, does a little past life regression. She helped me deal with my family - a huge job!!
