My experience was disppointing, for a family owned business I expected more from them especially when it came to selecting tenants that would suit my property type. They were helpful in so many ways but I found them to be extremely pushy with applicants that they would put forward and some of them didn't even have any rental history. This proved to me that they don't like wasting too much time in finding quality tenants.

A boutique real estate agent, so they have a specificity. Now, you can look at it from 2 different aspect; as a landlord, or as a tenant.

If you are looking to leasing your property and have certain criteria that other larger franchise real estate agent can't accommodate, then they are to go to. The agents are very peculiar,thorough and professional, so you don't have to worry about them not looking after your property well.

However, if you are a tenant, you may want to think twice or many times before leasing a property with them. You may encounter a more detailed T&Cs in the agreement. Remember, they are a boutique real estate agent, who caters to landlords with a very selective or particular sets of needs for their property.

Having said that, my experience was more towards unpleasant. There were certain instances where they did not follow the rules set by the tenants union,which I only found out after I left the property. Towards the end of our tenancy, I was very unhappy with their treatment because they were pestering about the cleaning of the property, which I have organised as per the requirements of the agreement. It was as if they did not trust us, even though we paid the rent until the day that we officially handed the key in.
