I rang them and asked them for a particular accessory, they assured me that they had it in stock and they would put it aside for me. I arrived at the store within 30 mins of making the phone call and then they told me that they would have to order it in as they don't have it in stock. They are time wasters and liars.

I found Ray White Box Hill are easy to deal with and they genuinely do care about your property. I would highly recommend them if you are considering selling or leasing your property.

Just a few things that you need to compare when deciding to sell your property yourself:
Check the number of properties they have on their website that have sold in your Suburb. This will give you a fair indication where they stand in the market place in your area. If you are not comfortable with negotiating and dealing with all types of nationalities then it might take you a long time to sell your property by private sale you might be better off selling by Auction. If you shop around Agents will negotiate their marketing package plus they have a data base. At the end of the day you can try and if it works it's great and if it doesn't you have wasted a lot of time and effort when you could of given it to an experienced sales agent. I was disappointed with the preparation work and the guys that Allistair sent to do the work they took short cuts!
1. They never poisioned the existing lawn/weeds or rotary hoe the ground before laying the new turf. Now the new turf is struggling and heaps of weeds have come through.
2. With the flowerbeds I insisted on them putting down weed mat first and they were against this and now all my new flowerbeds are covered in weeds.

I suggest that you itemise everything that you want done before you go ahead even though you expect professional landscapers to do the right thing by you.
