would be a 0 if you could give them that, the worst experience of our lives, I think I would rather have teeth pulled than ever have to deal with this business ever ever again. This list of how things went wrong are as long as my arm, not to mention the outright lies we where told by Bret. Avoid this place like the plague, we where given a completion date of 3 weeks max, turned into over 3 months and the spin that was given was the worst I have ever heard. My daughter ended up living for months with a concrete slab in Ballarat of all places. Never ever have I had to deal with such liars. And when did send someone to install at least the wet areas, they could not even get that done right and took them 3 tries to get it done. And it was done 3 months after we where told it would be done, it was just the worst ever.

Carpet is not pulled tight and is bubbled
Had to call 4 times to organise someone to lay the carpet in which they kept saying I would get a call back but didn’t.
Was told they would show up Tuesday mid morning to lay the carpet but they didn’t show until 3:30pm, waisted my day!
Was told today I would get a phone call before the end of the day to get the carpet fixed but didn’t.
The email quote was more than what they quoted me in Store.
Expensive and not worth the money or the time.
Would not recommend going to Karingal flooring to anyone.
Very disappointed and feel like I have been stuffed around and waisted my money.
