Got into my app 10 minutes after my appt time because she was chatting. Had a lip wax she was super rough had her hands all over my face ruined my eyelash extensions, put wax all over my neck and my ear, felt like she waxed my whole face. Then had the nerve to charge me for a missed appt due to their new policy but when i tried to provide an explanation re that missed appt she didnt care but didnt care she took me to my appt 10 mins late.. wont be back, bad customer service. Couldnt give anything less than 1 star dont even deserve 1 star

I have been to several Katrina's Beauty works salons over time and have found many to be good, unfortunately this did not turn out to be one of them. I went to get some electrolysis done and although the treatment was performed adequately, the service was not what I'd call good. They ran late more than once and I was made to feel uncomfortable due to the level of pushiness when it came to trying to sell other services. In the end the final straw was when I was told I was letting myself down by not removing the hair on my arms. A staff member said something like I was a pretty girl, but the hair on my arms was holding me back from looking good. I go to a beauty salon to get what I want to get done and relax. I don't want to be insulted all in the name of upselling!

I had my wedding make up done here and i was very impressed with the service, the person doing my make up and the application. She was professional, and worked very calmly and i have to say the make up was stunning when done. well worth the money.
