Sorry wrong centre couldn’t delete didn’t want to leave bad review for somewhere I’ve never been

I have been a patient at this medical Centre for over 10 years I had a severe elbow reconstruction which impacted my ability to be able to play sport and also do certain jobs e.g. construction trade because of the injury I spoke to Sue who works at the front desk and I wanted to get a medical certificate because I recently moved to Brisbane over the last 10 years I have seen my doctor to get this exact same certificate over 20 times with no issue For some reason she could not help me out she said that there was no way they could provide the certificate in my opinion I have no idea why that would be the case considering this doctor was the person that deal with the injury I do not recommend this place to anyone and I encourage you to find any other medical Centre on the Sunshine Coast these people do not care about you and have absolutely no empathy in my opinion should be an easy process for someone Who had attended this medical Centre for over 10 years.

Great for getting a quick appointment, but sometimes the doctors are a bit difficult to understand. chemist next door is useful. Bulk billed us.

Great practice withvery friendly staff. a bit small waiting room but i was not waiting long. they take new and out of town patients. they have a chemist next door which is handy. sameday appoiments

The reception staff are friendly and helpful, there are plenty of magazines in the waiting room, as well as a TV, and colouring for the kids. Our doctor actually listens to what we're saying, and discusses treatment with us, rather than just telling us what to do. He is also open to alternative therapies, and doesn't rely solely on prescribing medication. Even though we've moved out of the area, we still drive 35 minutes each way just to stay with our doctor.
