My daughter started at Kindamindi in 2005, when she was 18 months-old. The staff helped her settle in quickly, and made her feel welcome and special. It's a popular place, but we were only on the waiting list for a month before we were offered a place. The best part is morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are included in the price, as is a hat. All you need to bring is a change of clothes, and sheets for rest time. Even though we have moved out of the area, my now 4 year-old daughter still attends once a week, as she loves her teachers and friends so much.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful, there are plenty of magazines in the waiting room, as well as a TV, and colouring for the kids. Our doctor actually listens to what we're saying, and discusses treatment with us, rather than just telling us what to do. He is also open to alternative therapies, and doesn't rely solely on prescribing medication. Even though we've moved out of the area, we still drive 35 minutes each way just to stay with our doctor.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is great. If they don't have what you need, they're happy to order it in. Our doctor is 35 minutes away, but they are happy to accept fax prescriptions, which saves us a lot of travelling. They also have the most comfortable prescription waiting area I've ever seen!

Soon after moving into the area, I took my 4 year-old daughter for a trial day. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and within an hour my daughter asked if she could stay for the whole day. I was able to enrol her in the centre the same day, and she started attending the very next week. Within the first week she was singing the praises of all the teachers, and had made many new friends. My daughter now goes twice a week, and looks forward to every single day at Tewantin Early Learning Centre.
