Feeling disillusioned after a really disappointing and very expensive experience elsewhere, I trusted the reviews on 'Word of Mouth' and am thrilled with the way both mine and my daughter's hair turned out at Kaz - Natalie and Jack listened to what we wanted, took the time to explain what they were doing and even showed me how to get a 'going out' style I had talked about so that I can do it myself at home. We've already re-booked, which is the biggest sign of satisfaction I think there is

From the moment that you walk to this salon in it is obvious why the place keeps getting service excellence awards. I am not usually one for making a huge fuss of getting my hair cut but I will definitely become a regular at this salon. The room set up for the basin hair washing stations was state of the art with tv screens and massage chairs. Natalie, my hairdresser was attentive and really listened to what I wanted. She is obviously a very talented hairdresser because my hair looks great - lots of people have commented. The coffee and biscuit was also great. I found the whole experience relaxing and re-energising.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Natalie for a great job with my hair. I never go to salons as I am generally always disappointed in spending too much and leaving dissatisfied. Sorry it has taken me so long to review as I was so HAPPY after my visit Had my short hair restyled by Jack who did the most amazing job. First time he had cut my hair and it was just fantastic.Everyone is so friendly actually listen to you It was a lot more expensive than I am used to paying but one of the few times I have left a salon and been truly happy with my hiar. I live in Perth so can't make it my regular salon . But I will be back . Thanks

A great welcome, cut and colour, with Tracey very attentive to the style I was after. I loved the 'moody' hair wash area with comfortable recliners as well as the well presented refreshment tray. A little pricier than what I have been used to...

I was a walk in, looking for a change, a different look. Greeted by very friendly reception staff. Natalie listened to my requests and made a few positive suggestions. Fabulous shampoo and head massage, followed by even better cut which I am very happy with. Only negative is that it is a little on the expensive side. But I will certainly return.
